Hey guys! Everyone has been working so hard through the heat of this summer and we have seen some amazing improvements and accomplishments! This month we want to give some props to our athlete Sean Comer! Sean has made some huge strides since starting with us, including changing his diet and staying committed to his workout schedule which has led to a 20lb weight loss and a loss of over 15% body fat. He had never done CrossFit before starting with us and just shows us what some hard work and commitment can help you accomplish. Aside the changes in his body composition, he is making gains in the gym and pushing his strength and skills outside of his comfort zone. Way to go Sean! We are so proud of you!
