New Classes and Schedule Updates
So some fun things in the works!
Starting March 1 we will be adding an Olympic Lifting Class and Mobility class to our schedule.
Tuesday 7pm Olympic Lifting class: During this class we will be focusing on drills and technique for our clean and jerk and our snatch lifts. We will also work accessory movements such as our front squat, overhead squat, behind the neck press, etc. to help strengthen these lifts. This is a great opportunity to hone your technique and get focused training with Nicole or Frank.
Thursday 7pm Mobility class: During this class we will work on stretching, rolling out, creating space in joints with bands as well as getting rid of muscular restrictions working with balls and peanuts. This is a great built in rest/recovery day and your body will thank you for it!
Each of these classes will be included in an unlimited membership, or $5 per class for other memberships. For someone who has a 3x membership, 6 of these classes would pay for themselves, or 4x week would work out to 4 classes. MWF 6:30am and 7pm classes will be On Ramp classes only for the duration of 2/13-3/3. The 7pm on Tuesday/Thursday will remain a regular WOD until our specialty classes start on March 1st.
We are two weeks out from the OPEN!!!! For any of you who haven't signed up yet, this is a great opportunity to take advantage of, you'll be doing the workouts anyways! Take the chance and challenge yourself. First workout is scheduled for 2/25! See you there!
