On-Ramp takes place in small groups three times a week over your first two weeks of membership. It allows us to teach proper form and mechanics for the movements you'll be using in the workouts. You will also start completing CrossFit style workouts in order to get your body and mind used to the high intensity style CrossFit is known for. This helps us gauge your current fitness level and get to know you and your personal fitness goals.
It is very important that you successfully complete all 5 sessions. Safety is a top priority and we don't want any injuries! Being comfortable and understanding the movements is crucial to the longevity of your performance in the sport. Once you've completed On-Ramp you can sign up for any of our membership options.
