Some of our athletes are competing in the Tough Mudder in Atlanta. Registration for this event is open through April 25. Check out all the information here.
Our annual celebration of eating charred animal flesh takes place April 27. This is a time to socialize with fellow athletes and celebrate our successes during the Spring Leaning. Plus, who doesn't love to hang out, eat and chew the fat. This year we are adding CRAWFISH to the mix. If you want to eat crawfish (shrinp, corn, potatoes, and sausage, too), bring $10 and your appetite! We will have a crawfish boil along with the usual great meat and side dishes everyone always brings! There is a sign up sheet at the gym, so sign up for what you want to bring and let us know if you want to eat crawfish or not.
The fun begins at 12 noon. And we will hang out until we are just tired of eating and talking.... Who knows when that will be? We hope to see EVERYONE there!
How many ways can we reference the number 50? Half a century.... Five decades....A really nasty WOD! Well, this is the 50th anniversay of Coach Mark's birth and he certainly has a creative idea or two about how to use the Filthy Fifty to celebrate. Be prepared for a tough, fun WOD. More details to come!
