Trinity CrossFit is a Crossfit-dedicated gym in Pelham, AL. We were the first Crossfit affiliate in North Shelby County. We provide a high-intensity core strength and conditioning program that focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

We will be hosting a FREE training session July 23rd for any one who would like to see what all this CrossFit fuss is about. So we are asking you to send your friends that maybe are a little intimidated, for whatever reason, to come to a class with you. This way it will be just new people and none of you scary "already awesome" people. We will have a lot of fun and give them just a little taste of what we do here and hopefully end up with some new members of our Trinity family. Plus, there have been some not so flattering things said by CrossFit haters lately. I want to help people understand that CrossFit isn't dangerous but crappy coaching is what's dangerous. So please direct your friends that are interested to or FaceBook page and have them register for the event. Now if you have a friend that is "gung-ho ready to go" then we have the Buddy Day Challenge for you on July 31st.
BUDDY DAY CHALLENGE
We decided to try a new format for our Buddy Day. This time bring your friend and WOD with them. This will be a team event and will be held during our regular class times on Juky 31st at 8:30 am and 4:30, 530 and 6:30 pm. Now let's be fair and go calling in a favor from Rich Froning and get him to come throw down with you. Let's try to make this your "non-crossfitting" friends, no ringers....agreed? The WOD will be posted a couple of days in advance so you can strategize who knows, we might even dig up some prizes for the winners. If you don't have a buddy to bring try to find someone to team up with you. See you there!
