Trinity CrossFit is a Crossfit-dedicated gym in Pelham, AL. We were the first Crossfit affiliate in North Shelby County. We provide a high-intensity core strength and conditioning program that focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
We are not just a fitness facility. We are fitness with a family feel. When you join Trinity CrossFit you become part of our CrossFit community. Our fitness program focuses on functional exercises, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic and power lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, rowing, running and jumping rope. We train a wide variety of people of all ages and fitness levels. Our experience in the fitness industry sets us apart. CrossFit Kids Summer Camp!!!
Begins June 10th and ends August 8th
10:00 am Monday and Thursday (Ages 6-11)
Our kids program is focused around making a "Workout" fun. We will be training them in 7 Main areas:
1. Strength
2. Endurance
3. Coordination
4. Flexibility
5. Self Defense
6. Speed
7. Nutrition
Most of you know the Coach Mark is an 8th Degree Black Belt and has trained children and adults for over 30 years. Make your reservations now because this class will fill up quickly. The cost is $129 for the Summer session. Feel free to message us here if you have questions or would like us to reserve your child a spot.

TRINITY will have a booth at PELHAMBRATION!
On Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm at the Pelham Civic Complex and Ice Arena the Beautification Board and the City of Pelham will host a fun, family friendly day featuring live music from Vintage Gray.
Pelhambration! will also feature a children’s area, free ice-skating, live entertainment and a variety of vendor & food booths.
Everyone in the community is invited to come.
